The hotel had an excellent location, making it easy to walk to all the attractions in the city. The lobby and rooms were beautifully designed and spacious, with very comfortable beds. The reception staff were cute and helpful, providing great customer service.
There were a few issues. The pool area was a bit small and the sauna temperature was set too low.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city, and I could see the beautiful square from my room. I had an amazing stay in this hotel! To wake up to the view of the square from my beautiful and clean room was priceless. The hotel facilities were great, especially the cozy and intimate lounge area. It was also within walking distance of the metro, very handy when coming from the airport. The location is perfect - close to a variety of restaurants.

The hotel's location is perfect for those wanting to explore the city's best tapas bars, as it is situated in the city center and close to Metro. The rooms are clean and well-designed with comfortable beds. The rooftop has stunning views and is great for unwinding after a long day. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.
One guest mentioned that the variety of drinks on the rooftop could be more extensive.

Excellent location, right in the heart of the bustling square. Friendly and efficient staff. Beautifully furnished rooms with plenty of space. Rooftop terrace for relaxation. Close to main attractions and excellent eateries nearby.
Felt like a true getaway, no reason to complain.
